Very nice, we're almost ready to enter the dungeon!

I'm just a tad excited about this game! It's a night away from marking and a chance to play games! Less than 24 hours!  :o

Hoping that I've done this charcter generation right as I've not done it before, but we''ll see tomorrow ;)

Also my Dwarf has a name now too - Ogwain Danhaearn

Looking forward to it very much

So as you changed race from half orc to dwarf did you also change god to Grungni or just stick with Ulric?

Look forward to seeing you all tomorrow.

Whilst I probably should have changed god, so as not to muck you about I've stuck with Ulric for this game.

This is what happens when you don't put your toys away properly

Boo!

He'll stick just fine with a bit of super glue, stick a pin in it while your there and don't worry about it happening again.

Still in the midst of painting (Damn having had work to do up to this point!) but will be sure to bring SOMETHING useful for later.

Any chance we could have an update on what people are bringing? I lost track earlier in the thread.

We have a human fighter, a human wizard, a human rogue, an elf fighter, a dwarf cleric and.....

If your running out of time I have plenty of stuff painted you could choose from.

It's ok, I'll have a mini ready - and he'll have a bow, seeing as that's something we're lacking!

Although... anyone got any tips for an "dungeon" feel for basing?

I used green stuff to attempt to scult a floor on the base, it didn't really work and if you look closely enough later you can see a thumb print........................... the builders were obviously giants...................

You can find p-card with stone floor textures to ad don top of any surface (including base top). It's quite thin so you can cut it to base size easily. I wouldn't recommend this for a whole army but for a fistful of adventurers it seems a cheap and easy solution and you can have the spare Pcard for lots of other uses. I used this for my chaos toilets but the pic is not the best sorry.

If you're in the UK, there is a model rail company named Wills that makes excellent textures plastic card. It's molded instead of vacuum formed so it has deeper details. Excellent stuff!

If I don't bring Gadscon them we have to rely on Lardo's mate with burning mop to see where we're going!

This is true and I'm not convinced that special lad is using his mop properly................. he must be using oil or fat instead of water for his mop bucket................. oil, fat or - LARD!!!!!! I've found out Lardo's secret - he's stealing and storing the Old World's Lard Reserve and using it to Burn his Brand!! WOOWEE WOO WOW!!!!! That's why I'm a Grey Wizard!!!!

See you all at 7!
