Cheers mate. They were mostly done a while ago, but I never got round to taking passable pics and putting them all online together.
 
And after a hard day's killing and miming, the lads need somewhere to put their feet up. They also need a bloody big bit of dakka too!!

Great bit of scratch building there! The "washed out" look on the building & cannon is very effective.

Your painting style is difficult for me to get my head around, I don't think I've seen anyone paint the way you do before. It's like your applying paint as if it was on a canvas, but it works. It's very different & obviously takes skill, so well done applying a unique style to you painting!

I pretty much rely on layers and contrast to make a punch. I've found that it adds a kind of texture, much like you'd have painting on canvas.
 
Perhaps Optimus has found the way to describe it, your style is absolutely unique, that makes your work so great. Lovely pieces there again! :)
 
Woah, this is an awesome thread !
The first Space Marines are simply Excellent, with a little "Blanche"-ian style added with all the mud, and the base and the faces. I love it !
Those Orks look so much malicious and monstrous with this paintings.

Another squad of boyz.
Wanted these ones to look a bit more Blood Axe like so they are more uniform than the other lot.

Man, these rock. I have a personnal preference for th eone in th euppr left corner with his slightly oversized silencer (or is it just a huge flamer?). The black helmet with the red lenses is absolutely perfect. I love your vibrant style and how it is easy to read.

I'm not actually sure what the gun is :lol: I just ran a wire round it,mind stuck a bit of Lego on the end ;)
