Well, depends what paper you use. Sometimes the best pens crumble under paper grain and they are hard to match on slick paper ( such as bristol or similar ). Your paper got some heavy grain, that 160g ( little heavy grain for such low g, I assume it's Recycle XXL line or something ).
Depends on your style of drawing in sense are you heavy handed? My mate from high school, was so heavy with his hand that even Watercolour paper of 400+g couldn't cope with him hehe We were using everything on every paper we got our hands. When you pass more and more over same lines you'll cope with marks you've made while drawing as you know it. More heavy handed you are less you can go over it, and all that takes toll on your pens.
You could try out Bristol paper, or so called Manga paper ( they label it like that ). Even print paper of 90g or less got some grain. Did you try to draw on back side of the paper? Paper with grain is usually soother on back side.
