Same here the nurgle standard bearer is really looking good and it's nic eto see a golden Skragg, It looks l like he's decided to embrace the gods of law rather than Malal.

One of the reasons I decided to post pics of my minis on a forum was to get some brutally honest opinions about how to improve my painting. I'm not easily offended, so If anyone has any constructive criticism, have at me!!!!!!

Inspirational chaos here, I particularly like the eyeballs in the stomach (I've added that to my never ending to do list) and the gamezone knight. I've always been tempted to buy one, but your lovely paintjob has confirmed that I need one! Keep on sharing your excellent work please..

In answer to your query, I can't honestly remember. I painted these guys up about two or three years ago.

I asked Blue how he did his about six months before. He generously wrote up a tutorial for me on his blog. I think if you search for chaos warriors on his blog you should be able to find it. His ones look a damn sight better than mine too!

I thought while I was taking pic's of minis for antipixi I might as well post a few more pic's of my guys here.

I particularly like the last one ("Nurgle took my chronic migraine away"), his face shows a lot of character. He looks like a thinker, but one with an intellect that makes doing so a requirement, rather than a joy.

Just finished a commission painting a bunch of dark elves. I don't think I've ever painted an elf in my life, so it felt a bit strange to brush some paint onto their "underdeveloped " bodies....well, they are a little ponsey, aren't they!

I hadn't lifted a brush in anger in over 18 months! So it was a good practice run to see if I could still paint ok. The customers a happy little camper, so I guess that's all that matters in the end with these sort of jobs.

Anyway, here's a couple that I finished,

Nice job. The blue lips turned out well. I don't think I get the 'ant' like Dark Elves. I have no idea who made them but their long eyes are really odd.

That last one is absolutely gorgeous, everything from the skin tone, lip colour and look... Brilliant really.
