Michaels 25mm WFB Stuff...

I think you dodged a bullet there. Listed buildings can be a massive PITA. Houses in conservation areas too, come to that.
In some cases you end up being a conservator, curator and full time custodian rather than an 'owner'. I used to advise owner clients [was in RIBA & RICS practice] and the money, time, resources, life spent...Jeez. You have to be all in and dedicated. There can be hands-on building conservation, trad and green building and joinery courses - some free- so that can help, but the wrong advice can be costly!

Sets boundaries, keeps things from being nicked. (I suspect I will add some gates to the archway).

Not entirely sure on the construction.
Not visible stone as I want it to match the rest.
I am not sure it to have timber showing or not.

I have however upped my door game a bit, seeing as this door is partially open I figured you would see the catch?

So.
The reason for the odd shape is I want to make the Townscape Outhouse/Toilet.
That was originally going here next to the stable away from the inn:

Which was the reason for the odd shape.
However this design could also have the WC and avoid excess walls and the shape is more interesting:

Or the above with a shorter wall:

?

This I think is better, and it fits on a small sheet of MDF which is better for storage.

I think 'not square' looks the most realistic. Can imagine it having to fit around land parcels and natural features. You going to have a nice coach in there?

It does make sense, but there is something about the longer wall that feels wrong somehow.
I am not sure what it is, maybe I think I prefer the look of it as it is as both perimeter walls join the stable at the front?
