Just out of curiosity: When you keep a tally of all the minis in a certain project, how important ist it that the 'final total amount' of all the minis in a project comes to a nice even multiple of ten?

Not at all.
My Stirland were planned at 47 models from the start.
My Undead at 49 models.
They may both increase over time, but that is what I am aiming for for both as the "finished force".
I just go for what is an achievable amount and makes up units of a sensible size.

I want a unit of 20 pike. But only allowing myself early GW sculpts and no repeated models.
Not easy to get the look I want with those restrictions.
However once the 2 final Empire models are done I will start the the Undead, and once they are done I can start super ambitious push and test all my skills to the limit secret project.

Tbh I'm waiting for you to do more Undead, half expecting a vampire that looks like Christopher Lee to show up.

I spent far too much on the Lichemaster models not to use those.

Although at little flat, Gary Morley’s 4th Ed sculpt is one of his better early Warhammer sculpts IMHO, certainly more imposing and in keeping with Ian Miller’s depiction in the cover art?

Im contemplating selling pictures of my toes to make money to buy the original sculpt. Not sure how much I'll get for my hairy hobbit feet though.
I have seen a nice resculpt of Heinrich and co, inspired by the originals. Only problem is they are slightly chunkier, so they will need 25 mil bases not 20s. Still, they are really nice sculpts.

With those lips he looks like Steve from Aerosmith, they are probably about the same age as well.

Grrr, I really want those as well. Mixed bases in a unit makes my smooth brain go funny.The Antediluvian ones may even be too big for 25mm bases.

Then yeah, the other one is a much better likeness in that case.
I did have a resin/plastic one once.
I left it too long in dettol and effed it right up.

Would be nice if the chap doing the Ian Miller inspired Chaos stuff did sculpts based on the Terror of the Lichmaster artwork. One can only dream I guess.
