Mark Sims Halflings - which company

I just got a bunch of halflings that have (C)Mark Sims on the tab. Anyone know which company made them? I'll upload photos later if I get a chance.

Sims did a range of halflings for his own crusader line that he sold onto Black Hat minis iirc
