Had my old LED desk lamp die on me at the weekend (only a cable wear, so heading to the local repair cafe), which got me wondering what other folks use on their painting desk?

Yes I do use the magnifier a bit! Wish it had a bit more brightness and it doesn't keep the colour temperature last set which is annoying.

I got a cheaper LED lamp and aim to use it in conjunction with the old one when I get it repaired. 🤷‍♂️

Personally.. I would make a comment on LED lights which run half sinewave, so that they flicker badly under cameras but.. probably doesn't matter too much.

I melted the wing on my F111 as a kid when my angle poise decided to loose its poise and lowered the lovely hot incandescent bulb to just above the model whilst I was away...
