Might buy a printer and print copies, guess that would cost a fortune in ink though. Laptops buggered anyway so a printer will be useless to me. 🤣

Out of interest I got an instant quote from an online printer. 28 pages full colour hardback was round about £25 per copy. If you order 10 it comes down to £14 per copy.
Change to paperback and it’s £22 for 1copy, spiral bound is £9 for 1 copy.

Do bear in mind they mention about reproduction. I only noticed because I did exactly what Tom did and wondered about getting 50 printed and seeing who wanted them for postage 
I mean I'm still tempted to, but best ask the publisher first of course!
Of course I'm assuming we'll do our normal blind eye to the fact I need to digitally copy it in order to actually read it, but copyright laws never really caught up with that (or maybe the website says I'm allowed to download it, I've not actually looked closely!)
