there is new commissar, new gitmob goblin, old commissar. idk, may be head too big? but it's oldhammer like mini so head could be big....

yeah, some comparison should help. I don't have any. if you put something new and something human scale but old, it would be great

so he is done.
I thought about making him a ranger, but in the end he turned out to be a dwarf warrior and overall I like him.
added new axe sleeves and pouches.
Ideally, it would be better to work on it and add some details or something. but idk.
now I need 9 more to make first dwarf unit.

Excellent! You must be pleased how it's turned out. Very characterful, and definitely in scale as a dwarf (or even a tall Gnome).
