I've never painted a Space Marine before.

Yet because a collection of Citadel minis somehow feels incomplete without the Emperor's finest, I've gone and done a Spehs Mereen.
I've even invented my very own chapter, so meet the first member of the ULTRAFALCONS!

Despite greenskins being my first army, and one that seems to be sucking back in, not least because using Foundry's "moss" triad is my favourite flesh colour to use, I'd never painted an ork with a "k" before. It was fun!

This is a Mirlton Arachnoid the latest recruit to my Rogue Trader / post apoc robots. She's part of the local Police force which is run by the descendants of the former Glasgow Polis so needed a set of black and white checks!.

The mini in the last picture is a Grenadier Gamma World Battle armour miniature for scale. As usual the spider was damaged so had its thorax replaced by some Dark Eldar bits.
