Well I've gone for a modest pledge tempting as the full warband was! Still a little unsure about how the Silocast will be - not worried about the details - more cleanup, which is harder than with resin and metal I think. Anyhow last 24 hours to go.

I certainly pledged more than I intended... As I understand it, additional bits and bobs can be bought through Backerkit later on. Anyway, that's my project for 2026 sorted, which may motivate me to complete my outstanding projects this year. Maybe.

I think you need a project with a deadline!
TBH the TOW campaign has helped kickstart my motivation, that and TWITWU, BOYL (plus some other non-Oldhammer events!).

I find having some reason can REALLY help.. I'm rubbish as self motivation... Having some goal like 'a game with others' really helps.

Hummm like running a WFRP game ... now that would be great idea . *sigh* ... well I'm going to get BOYL out of the way (not that it's an unpleasant task!) and take stock!
