How light stable are modern acrylics?

I've put up a display cabinet that catches the morning light. I can remember to keep the curtains shut, but just wondered how stable the paints are, and whether they'd last ok through the window and case glazing?

If as Citizen Sade says it's just normal glass then if relocation isn't an option I'd be tempted to pop some kind of UV filter film onto the glass (of the case or window or both!), just to see off the worst of it (I mean you won't want one of those dark amber filters!). Most of my 28mm minis are behind acrylic with some UV protection (so I can look forward to discoloured acrylic one day). My display cases are not alas, but I did pop them out of the worst of the sunlight. Paintings and original art are all behind UV filtering acrylic - which is much cheaper than the equivalent "museum glass", I generally think a bit of caution is worth it - so many of my books have had the pigments bleached out on the spines that I'm probably too aware of it now.

For acrylics the harshest "test" I've done was a pottery bee habitat I painted for someone years ago just with acrylic - Vallejo Model Air. That sat outside in their garden for years (probably at least four) before it started to look a little tired. Could do with a repaint now. Hard to judge how faded the colours were, but they physically held up well outdoors! So I expect they are fairly resistant.
Give 'em a year basking & let us know.
Actually might well be worth setting up a test! Maybe I'll do that when I get a minute - paint a couple of bits of plastic an pop one away in a drawer or something and the other on a window sill, etc.
