High Elf Archers (+ a free banner!)

Very nice, You so often see High Elves just in blues, whites and silvers it's really nice seeing some following the path of Khorne and getting in on the Gold and Red! I think it works really well, and the green gems set everything off very nicely. Great looking unit.
 
very nicely painted regiment of elves, great shading and blending on the Reds and Golds and the feathers are finely detailed.,
. I do like the Citadel elves and Dwarves a lot.
Pardon my ignorance, but for gaming, is the 25mm square base standard for a single human sized figure?

You printed it as, full color? or printed an outline and painted it?

I couldn't say what the current "modern" base sizes are (typically larger) but historically for Warhammer 20mm square bases are typical for most "man" sized and below models, some slightly more chunky models will be on 25mm square bases. Monsters were typically on 40mm square bases. Rogue Trader models are more typically on 25mm diameter round bases.
 
TOW had upped the standard base size to 25mm. TBH I feel it works better and avoids the overstepping of certain models and gives a bit more room for basing. Might be a bit extreme for Dwarfs… ;)
