I'm looking for grass flock that is closest in colour to the Games Workshop battle mat. Plain flock, not static grass or similar.
Cheers,
Cheers,
GSP is only great for very large items, but for everything else it's a rip-off £17 to mail a 28mm figure to the US! If you ask, sometimes sellers would ship with another method and some don't even know that GSP was set as a default option. There are also some nightmare stores involving GSP, like a package opened at a shipping hub and re-sealed minus some padding, so someone profits off the shipping.Loose Loser":1pxpxk81 said:I'm mounted on European Pigeon ( Little country that European boot missed hehe ). Yes, 17 GBP for sending bag of flock + 7 GBP customs ( Flock is 4 GBP )! But that's Ebay's fault because they got that global shipping program that, it's nice thing but, prices of sending anything are not under 15 GBP. I mean, for 17ish GBP I can send up to 2kg with priority registered anywhere on this planet, literally.
Until I saw mention on Facebook, didn't know of Goldfishblue's reputation, as I had purchased from his eBay store before and the shipping was around £4.00 to the US. Some of his prices are high, but there is a "best offer" option and sometimes works out to be cheaper than what US sellers charge for single OOP Citadel figures - $20 for a ninja?!?Loose Loser":1clqbfg5 said:Yes, GSP is good, as you mention it, for heavy/large items. Most boxes, like Magic, Warhammer starters and similar, usually are shipped for 25 GBP. That's not too much considering they're more then 2kg in weight but import charges are in the price automatically so you can't slide sometimes with customs.
In most cases still better then goldfishblue hehe Love that seller.
Considering opened packages, my friend told me interesting thing. They open packages and they put all together back so they make sure that all that's advertised is in so buyer couldn't complain to the seller that something is missing but, instead to the Ebay ( and you know how that goes ). That's what I heard. Don't know for sealed items but second hand opened, they do check. Also, what's the worst part is that GSP got contracted couriers for certain countries indirectly. In my case, GLS is courier that handles Euro Packet that is based in Germany I think. So if in your Country certain courier is known to be careless then you can expect wonders like I once did with GLS ( grill grease barbecue ribs red oily oil spilled across whole package and as luck would have it, it penetrate through and damaged mint Warhammer 5th edition starter! Bloke that delivered this package told me that boss told him it's OK, no damage done? ).
Will check them and store locator for Europe. Thanks!
