Found at the back of a friends shed

Having recently discovered that my friend who i hadnt seen for over a decade had my original childhood collection of miniatures, i felt it was time to start going through his collection of bits and taking some of his stuff to be hidden away in my loft :D (or just maybe displayed if i can get around to buying a nice cabinet)

Below is a photo of what i grabbed so far and from what ive seen there are a lot more boxes hidden away filled with unknown treasures. Fingers crossed over time i will slowly start trading to get hold of it all, and ill be able to put it up for peeps to have a look at and perhaps to help me identify some of the more obsure bits.

oldschool beatmen cavalry
Harkness/chaos warrior
Slann
Kaleb

where exactly is this shed
can you plot it on google maps?

Are the two long necked mobs and the mounts actually citadel or another company? I don't recognise them at all and my friend has no idea.

As for the location of this shed, I'm sorry to say that I have claimed it for my own so I can covet his preciousess until they are minez :D

My friend did mention that he thinks that somewhere are three regiments worth of golfags ogres. I shall see if this claim is true over the coming months.

Good day sir, my name is Captain Archibald Hemlock Crooks, from the Department of Sheds, Garages and Outhouses (safety division). It has come to our attention that a large, dangerous deposit of lead has been discovered on your friend's premesis, and we must immediately evacuate the area and contain the threat... soooooooooo gimme the leads. For quarantine. I'll dispose of it in my special cupboard. With the glass front and display lights.

Nice stuff - wish my shed had anything like this and not just old gardening stuff...
BTW, is that a centaur with a horse 'top'? In the top row. Never seen that before.
All the best,
Kasper

Yes oddly enough that is a horse with an extra set of horse legs! i have to say when i dug it out of his shed i didnt think it was citadel at all and more of an oddball release by a another long forgotten company, but i was surprised when the link to the catalogue was put up on a previous post.

I know what your saying about having a shed like that, im still itching to really dive in and find everything i can as im still missing bits from my own collection he was holding, but he did say that he thinks hes got 4 different peoples collections from the 80s so there really could be anything about. He also said that there are more boxes of bits in his loft along with old books and white dwarfs again all 80s stuff. Sadly i cannot get the old slaves to darkness book off him no matter what i offer XD

Don't listen to this lying fool! MY name is Captain Archibald Hemlock Crooks, from the Department of Sheds, Garages and Outhouses (safety division), and it has come to our attention that...
:D

Its been a while since i had a delve in my mates shed but i managed to sneak past him and grabbed some more of his treasures.

I think that ive divided up most of the citadel in the first picture, but im sure some of you with better eyes will tell me if ive missed stuff. Im sure most of the models here are from essex miniatures and i have to say im not a fan of the style. Im sure the paintjobs do not help but beyond a few of the miniatures which look ok im sure the rest will end up on evilbay XD

Hopefully next time i will have better luck finding the golfag ogres i mentioned previously in this thread.

Broken Slaan, broken AD&D Ogre, broken AD&D beholder!

First pic is mostly Citadel, 3rd is mostly Grenadier. Some real gems and $$$ tied up in there, old Broo, pre-slotta fighters, etc.
