Favourite Oldhammer Army

Are you intentionally limiting your minis to just that edition?
It’s a long story, but my original plan was just to replace my old GW studio undead army I had when I was working there, that I sold in the late 90s. I’ve basically limited the models to ones that were in production when I left in 1991. Since then I’ve expanded the project and added a few later models, like the plastic skeletons pulling the sarcophagus, some others I converted to arquebusiers and crossbows, and some of the cursed company that I loved, but yes, largely everything there is pre ‘91.

Ah, I see. Seems perfectly legit to use ADD minis for that project then? Sorry, thought would be imposing odd restrictions not to! ;)

Have you thought of getting some pew-pew for your undead army? Sadly there's only two sculpts from 3rd, this guy and Rambones!

Again, slightly later than I originally envisioned for the plan but I do have some! I might remake them with skeleton horde plastics as I’ve picked up a load of unbuilt ones over the years.

problem is, can you really do a Fimir army? Contingents yes, but never officially got enough to field an army I think. well, not officially anyway.
same with Zoats, Snakemen (who didn't get anything released really), Pygmy's, halflings, Ogres & Giants (boy, a full Ogre and Giant army would be... awful really).
As I have very limited experience with most of the armies, I haven't really got too much to say ^_^

I've got a fimir army. Totally doable, there's a WD army list that isn't much different from the contingent list, but not very interesting run by itself.

It was more that they really didn't give much of an army list. a warlord to lead, two wizards and two warrior types.

so probably do able but not sure if it would class it as being a full blown army..
But I would have guessed (if I didn't remember) you would have one ^_^
