Empire Castle - Skaven Apocalypse

I'm planning to do a game for six or so players set in a castle in the Empire. The castle's inhabitants are woken up by Skaven pouring out of every cellar and grating. Men-at-arms, cooks, blacksmiths grab whatever is to hand and try to defend themselves - a sort of zombie apocalypse theme but with Skaven instead of zombies. Aiming to do it on a big table, probably covering two blocks - i.e. 6 hours.
 
What a glorious idea. Harry and I have a quite a bit of city terrain between us, let us know if you need buildings. Your games are always so great to play in and watch.
 
Also, us GROGGers are planning on bringing quick and easy pick up and play Strasse Bowl- 5-a-side Blood Bowl played between rival taverns in the streets of a city. Maybe we could mini game it into your table much as we did with the giant fight in Heldenhofen some years back?
 
Great. It’s going to be more a castle than a village though. I’m planning on using room floor plans for a lot of it. I’ll have a better idea nearer the time. Currently working my way through about 100 skaven I first painted in the 80s and finishing/improving them.
 
I would be keen to join in depending on when on Friday you are thinking of. For me it would need to be afternoon or evening.
 
I've booked the table for the afternoon and evening sessions. I'm thinking 6 to 8 players and at the moment I haven't any confirmed, so you are first in the queue. Anyone who is interested please let me know on a Definitely/Probably/Maybe basis and I will try to accommodate/keep you posted.
 
wait.. BOYL has been confirmed for 2024? haven't heard that latest on just what is going on.. not that i'll be anywhere near that part of the country ^_^:

Alas, I have just found out the game I had already agreed to is happening on the Friday not the Saturday as I had thought so I am afraid I will have to sit this one out.
 
This sounds truly amazing. Is it definitely on Friday afternoon/evening? Sadly I'm already committed to the Warlords of Albion game on Friday evening.
 
It’s definitely on Friday but you could play part of it. It’ll be human team vs skaven team so it’s not going to mess it up.
