Wouldn't say "well below", looks pretty much the going rate to me. I've seen Fimir (mainly the warriors, dirach and meargh) go higher but nostly the nobles and fianna hover abut the £12-£15 mark.

Although these particular ones are recasts, so maybe that explains the price.
