eBay Bargains, Deals, etc.

I love it the e-mail saying it was my first purchase on warhammer a year ago.. nope.. second.. first was the Marauder Giant and Shaman on Wyvern, the following year got the first voucher and got the steam tank (plastic version of the second steam tank. Would have preferred metal, or the original metal but it's still fair enough). But oh well, generic form letter ^_^
 
Same here, though I didn't get the wyvern. The first voucher I used to make the price of the Green Knight reasonable enough I felt I could buy it. It's a weird thing going through the GW website and not finding anything I want.
 
the site would be better if they had a category for re-issues... also if they would re-issue some Jes Goodwin (or at this point, even some Colin Dixon) Metal skaven! for some reason, they seam to say (or did a few years back) that Skaven were one of the unpopular races which is why they aren't getting new releases for the Olde (sic) world...
 
The made to order reissues are pretty rare (less than once a month) and have a small window of opportunity…
It is possible to set the filters to material type, so pick up all the metal models, but the UI could be a little better with the site. 🤔
 
It took me less than 10 minutes to scroll through all the Old World and AoS releases. Way less stuff than in the red catalogue. Granted thers's probably a lot more 40k on there but none of that interests me.

term for peer pressure.. never really understood that as I really didn't fit in with people so never really felt pressured to do the stupid stuff they did. I did make the effort to try to see what they saw in stuff a couple of times but found it pointless and those kinda people never make the effort to see what you like in stuff.. probably why I have soo few people I can play games with and stuff ^_^;

As an aside, I wouldn’t consider placing my books into a binder without some serious reinforcement around the punch holes, they take some significant wear and tear on the paper.
 
I got a bunch of them old 'magazine' collection binders where you have a bit of plastic tab at the top and bottom to hold the magazine in place. I got a bunch cheap in a joblot which I wanted to use for some old comics/magazines I got, but then forgot to notice the size in that some of mine I wanted to put in them for better protection and easy reading didn't fit ¬_¬ So I kinda have a bunch taking up space. only used one or so right now.
