Hiya,
Does anyone have a PDF copy of the 'Eavy Metal painting guides from 1988-1992? I've found later guides but looking for these specific years as I love the style and colours they used.

I don't think there was much painting guides. There was one from '89 and there was 3 books of Fantasy Miniatures Citadel Miniatures ( Seems to me that's something you're looking for but I don't know if there is any guide in it ). I think there was only few low page number booklets about painting from GW? Maybe I'm wrong.

White Dwarf is your best source I think.

This one front is from '89 and that one is in one of the Fantasy Miniatures book. It seems like it since it's low page number ( scan that I've got ).

There is the blue version of the above painting guide, but the difference amounts mostly to some different miniature photos.

Funny thing that it's almost exactly the same cover except they put Titan up and cavalry model down. It might be from one of those Fantasy Miniatures books?

The blue one I have came in the Advanced Heroquest Painting Kit.

Oh and before anyone asks no I didn't keep that paint set mint, although I still have the box.
