Dwarf ID please? 1979-1983 era

I’ve been looking for a replacement for this fig which was bought in Uk and painted in 1983-4 with humbrol enamels.
I can’t recall whether it was Citadel, Ral Partha, or any of the other usual suspects.
Any ideas who maker / model ID is?
And where I should look to find any more?

Looks very much like the Asgard Dwarf Lord except for the axe head.
