Dalek models in 40k?

He may have meant the enslavers which are a creature in the RT rulebook - they have one large eye which I suppose is a bit Dalek like.

There is also the marine conversion in Compendium using the plastic RTB01 and plastic Dalek body to make a Davros style marine, but it's clear he wasn't referring to that.
 
There you go, the Daleks from the 40K: Rogue Trader rule book. They are .. mm.. I would say the basic robot bomb.. much like the 'Suicide Dalek' as it's often called.

Enslavers are 'mindflayers' or whatever the DnD version is called..

There was a Dalek used in the Citadel Journal WFB2e scenario ’battle of La Maisontaal’, and I think in a Paranoia scenario in WD but don't recall them elsewhere
 
yes, that one is pretty well known ^_^ the reissue of the in.. erm.. Journal? can't remember, does remove it
