The forces of chaos have breached the walls of Praag, warbands of chaos worshippers rush into the city seeking plunder and destruction, bands of fighters from the city and their allies muster to force them back, and bands of things, older and stranger than the forces fighting over the walls, are stirred into action by the screams of the dying and the smell of blood
Welcome to Praag, or what remains of it. The game will run in each of the three Saturday sessions at BOYL with a maximum of 8 players per game split into two teams - Order and Chaos. You are welcome to play a second (or third) session if there's space.
Myself and two others are running a participation game using the rules from Mordheim, each player should build a warband with a GC value of 500 and choose their side in the cosmic conflict. There's some house rules to building your warband that will be in a PDF doc with the rules for the whole scenario once we've finalised those, which we're currently in the process of doing.
This is sort of a test or a proof-of-concept for a bigger version of the same idea we'd like to do next year, aiming to be something like a fantasy equivalent to the staple Helsreach game of Necromunda that usually runs. We'll be using half of one of the big tables (so a 6' square board).
