Sorry @Brother Meredith. My fault I think. I was pretentiously blathering away about their function in narrative rather than actual fluff/rules/minis. Dear oh dear! I've been to a punk gig since and feel much better.

Yeah those are for sure soldiers in an army, the old Broo models are just odd bods that scavenge and hide and prey on easy targets on the fringes of society to me.
