Never saw Dad's Army. That is a Brit to far for me.
 
^_^ just avoid things like the USA remake pilot.. or that modern godawful film.

I just stick to the original and the sequel (which is better then people that know about it often claim).

It is or was a popular nickname in military circles for contemporary US military helmets. I kind of figured they were US. (I spent a long time staring, but the little lip in the back gives it away.) But that style looks quite like a German helmet, thus the nickname.

Ok, let me confuse you more. I put the helmets back in the front and sculpted the back side, which is the front of the Tamiya helmets.
