Albion : Mud, Gale and Fimirs

Hi,
Here you can watch the beginning of a themed albion army. First the Fimirs. A long and forgotten race of the warhammer world. I plan to make an army with Fimirs and Orcs and Goblins allied contingent.

Back of Keller's keep shows a pink skinned one. Most GW stuff had them green, but the odd pink was shown. I guess it depends on how much broccoli they eat ^_^

These are very cool and I think you captured the feel you were after.

What rules did you base them for? I have some hoarded I wanted to built as an allied contingent, one of the many projects on the waiting list, and in 3e there are some models on 25mm bases others on 40mm. Read an article once that this resulted from some miscommunication between sculptor and rules writer or something.
I didn't make up my mind yet how I will base them, once I eventually will get to them.

40 mm for the Fimm, Fianna fimm and characters. 25 mm for the shearls.

yes and no. It's complex ^_^ from what I understand

Indeed. I for one do not believe that version of events, but between the rulebook and warhammer armies the base sizes for fimm changed from 25 to 40mm.
