This is a pretty esoteric question, but it's worth a shot!
In the TRAPS section of the Advanced Hero Quest rulebook (page 33), one of the types of traps you can encounter on a d12 roll is a Magic trap! If you set it off, you roll another d12 to determine which kind of magic spell is unleashed on the player(s), with five different options presented.
Two of the possible spells are "dark magic" spells (Fireball and Choke) which both Skaven and Chaos Sorcerers can use in the game. Two other spells on the list are "bright magic" spells which a Bright Wizard can use (Flames of Death and Inferno of Doom).
However, there is a fifth spell on the Magic trap list which is neither in the Bright Wizard's spell-book, nor the list of dark magic spells available to Chaos/Skaven Sorcerers -- Lightning Bolt!
The text underneath the Magic trap section says all these spells take effect "as normal". As far as I'm aware, there is no reference to Lightning Bolt as a spell anywhere in the AHQ rule-book.
Am I wrong?!
