2025 Legacy Crew Signup: Market Day

Halfling is almost done (evidence attached) with only one finishing touch and varnishing left to do, after which I'll tackle that no-good card sharp of a dwarf. Aiming to get both posted out by the end of next month, which brings me to a question: Who'll be the man of the hour and take the role of senior distribution manager this year? As has been mentioned, it would probably make sense for someone in the UK?

May have to change my entry, I've lost the minis head I was gonna use. I'll have a dig in my bits box and see if I can find something suitable.

Grrrrr. I've got the hump now.

Tbh it wasn't working out how I wanted anyway, was getting frustrated. I have got a sprue of the Wargames Atlantic Guards kicking about, I could do some town watch chaps and chapette.

when you start to get too frustrated, stop. put it to one side. relax, do something else to get your mind off things, then return later. I must admit to having a slight problem with the return bit at times but, always a good thing cause the more frustrated you get, the worse things are going to become.

I usually do but as it's a group thing I feel like I've gotta get it done, don't want people waiting around for me to finish.

You've got all year! Work on it when you feel inspired!
True, but I'm also lazy and procrastinate, and get sidetracked by video games easily. Gotta level up my Ogryn in Darktide, just started Atomfall and the Oblivion remaster, Stalker 2, Mordheim and Necromunda also eat up a lot of time.

Actually put me down for some town watch, I'm actually in the mood for painting some yellow chaps. I'm assuming it's a market day in the Empire?

"Welcome one and all to the Legacy Market on the Old Hammer's Green! There's a bonanza of curiosities and treasures for every taste and budget. There are goods from far off Lustria and Araby, and look, every merchant for miles is here! There's Flying carpets, charming snakes, dragon root, lychy fruit . . . There's a Whitsun Morris dance this night and the minstrels from Altdorf, Marienburg, and even Pavona are playing all day. Test your strength against the ogre! Test your wits against the mage! Can you eat more sticky buns than the halfling? Whatever your pleasure you can find it here on this Market Day!"
so.. I would say yes ^_^

Oh, I hear that. I get sidetracked. Life gets in the way. Things happen. But don't worry too much about it. This isn't too serious, and there's still . . . six and a half months.
