The delve into the archive of models that I own continues, this time with some Dark Elves from WHFB 2nd Ed that I'm making into a small unit. This again is for a 'Tale of War Gamers' #TOWG2025 on Instagram and Blue Sky. We do 500pts a month, first was the Cold Ones, next are these archers and then a block of infantry.

As you can see, there are some duplication of the sculpts, so I've tried to vary the painting on each one just a little. They also have some variance in skin tone, mixing the Nurgle green with a nice yellow and a flesh wash.

Making a start on the Lordling and the last 3 Crossbow Delves next.

Those are sweet! Especially the banner and the shields, and that uniform Color combo is very fitting. I need to get some of these, I have a few Drow but none from Citadel, .....yet. I bet they're really affordable now too,....... not

Anyone who the sculptor or sculptors were? not terribly important but i like to geek out on that trivia

Aly Morrison and Colin Dixon did the command set and guess had a hand in the plastic swordsmen too: https://www.miniatures-workshop.com/lostminiswiki/index.php?title=5903_Dark_Elf_Command_Group
