Chaos Army; July 2026 onwards.

Very nice, you've really picked out the detail nicely on that model (always a favourite). I like the colour choices.

Thanks! Purple is meant to work along with green but it’s super hard to make it look good. Initially the clothing had a gradient between like warlock and liche purple, but doing the shadows ended covering it all and didn’t feel like doing it again. Also I tend not to paint weapons and stuff with detail (because I usually don’t like them) so doing the staff like that was a first for me, and I quite enjoyed it.

purple and green is a standard comic book go to ^_^ It would probably be shorter to name classic comic characters which don't use that scheme, then ones that do ^_^

Does look good.. with what looks like a chunk of warpstone ^_^

Please forgive the Hogging....I've been away from the hobby too long, and im feeling it now..The Balgorg was a mini that I had for a long time...and was, in fact, one of the first minis I ever got. But oddly, I lost the mini, so I had to buy it again more recently.... I also picked up an earlier version of the model...which I also love. Which is your fave, the newer, bulkier one or the old pre-slotta version?

Good to have you back in the saddle and back on the forum! I enjoy your work and Youtube content. 👍

For some reason the original pre-slotta is my fav, am racking my brain trying to recall where I first saw it…
