I am after suggestions for oldhammer vibe female necromancers.

Anyone got anything they could sell/swap?

Might not quite be what you're after, none are super oldhammer in feel, but I've a few female spell casters on my "list of miniatures I wouldn't mind one day" that I can quickly share! Most are Reaper minis for no particular reason.

Alas when I ordered the website said. 25mm to the eyes. When it arrived it was 35mm to the eyes...

So that was a bummer.


Not keen on the massive floating one due to the floating.

I would say could you just cut 10mm off that long skirt but.. I think that'll through out the proportions a fair bit, even though she looks a little long legged..

That's too bad. It's one thing to buy miniatures not knowing how they scale with ones' collection and another to buy something that has its scale described incorrectly.

If you're Still looking for suitable figures it looks like Midlam Miniatures has not been mentioned.

Maybe one of their Moon Cultists would work?

These two might be too witch-like (being witches and all...) but latter gives me some classic Heinrich Kemmler vibes:

Sister Wanda & Sister Greystorm.

There's also this Wizard with staff. I've got this mini and it's 27mm to eyes if you get rid of the integral base. Mini is slightly slimmer than citadel but not too noticeable IMO.

Iron Wind Metals also has potential female magic users (some are same that Ral Partha offers this side of the pond) but they are USA based.

Finally, this mini from Iron Wind has nothing to do with your search, but I stumbled upon it and can't help but to share. This goofy looking lich lord would make a perfect sidekick for Nagash. I absolutely must get one.

wow, just looking at a few old posts. This a beautiful miniature, I didn't know about the ADD68 drow range. I'll look out for these, I really love the 1980s dark elf ranges, I have quite a few from C09 and C21. This priestess is now on my wanted list...which is pretty long
