Would these be a 15mm warband or just small beastmen?

Searching the leadpile the other night I found these Bob Olley Splintered Light Druids Children beastmen figures. My question is this are they a 15/20mm warband or just small people who could fit into a standard 28mm warband?

I actually rather like the idea of a chaos warband based on this size of figure after all some have Ogres, even giants. Perhaps a chaos dwarf as champion with a problem with tall followers?

They could even have a chaos hound, a slightly unscary one.

They are Splintered Light Miniatures Druids Children Rebels and one or two loyalists from 2008, currently appearing as Woodland Warriors.

Thats a minifigs mini. Possibly one of their orcs http://www.dndlead.com/minifigs/Orcs.htm or the kobold champion http://www.dndlead.com/minifigs/Kobolds.htm . Hard to tell under the paint!

I love them, and dammit now I need to add some to my Oathsworn Burrows and Badgers warbands! I like the idea of a beast-children warband. Maybe they need a Fagin-esque character to keep tabs on them?
