Wood Elves - Tribute to Jes Goodwin

Like many of you, I've had an army painted (or not) for a long time that I'm in the process of bringing up to date.
The majority of the miniatures in the range having been sculpted by the talented Jes Goodwin, I will try to honor them.
I started a few years ago but I hadn't shown anything here yet.
So here it is !

Well done! I feel sorry for the fellow lugging that horn about. He clearly needs some kind of strap or harness for the thing. But my word is it a lovely piece of work. And as Citizen Sade said, the basing and shields are particularly nice. I love the little details you've added to all of them. I wish I could zoom in a bit better on several of them. I halfway expect pixies to start jumping out from behind some of the forest floor litter. (Save for the troll hand, of course.)

Really nice. These are the ones with the plastic spears? Far more dynamic and ‘elf-like’ horses than the later 4th edition versions

Thank you. Yes, those are the models. Besides, there were no plastic spears, I had to tinker with some bitz.
...and now that I've learned to mold, I've made a lot! Unfortunately I had already assembled these miniatures. This gives a somewhat disparate result.

It's not just Jess Goodwin who sculpted pretty elves, there's also Aly Morisson. I'm lucky that my cousin gave me this figurine of Riolta Snow.
She's not a wood elf, but she will reinforce my ost punctually, as "ulthuan high elf on vacation"
