It is different to the one appearing in LatD. It is done in the style of StD and is presumably the list referred to in the allies section of the traitor legions army lists.
It is basically a bunch of champions with their warbands lead by a senior champion called warlord. You can have posessees and summoned greater daemons and daemon orinces. Also squads of beastmen and gretchin, rogue psychers, human "degenerates" and slaves.

A curious feature of that army list is that the beastmen come with laspistol and chainsword as standard equipment.
The list that finally appeared in the lost and the damned was much more focussed around things which fitted the miniatures they were churning ot at the time.
