What's a fair price for mcdeath?

A friend of mine has the scenario pack. What would be a fair price for me to give him for it? ( e.g. What have others paid recently?)
 
If complete, in box with uncut buildings, campaign map, castle plans and everything that should be in the box £15 to £20 is a good price, if uncomplete £10 seems fair.

That seems spot on. I picked up a near mint sent for a fiver, but that was at a show, and the guy didn't really deal in GW stuff.
