What have I painted??!

Some time ago I bought this one at ebay... I have no idea what it is... Don't know the range, don't know the sculptor, I don't even know what race it is!? I did however think it was worth painting - and here's the result:

Can you guys help me out here? What is this creature??

Nice paintjob. My guess would be an armoured gnoll. It looks kind of like a ral partha sculpt but honestly I have no idea.

149 views and still noone knows what it is?!... Who would have thought that...

It's not Otherworld - it has an integrated base.. and it's not whitemetal...It looked like it had had some kind of mark beneath the base, but someone had removed it with a knife before I got it in my possesion..

While it does look early RP in style it doesn't match there Gnolls (Which are fantastic btw ) I'm thinking its Alternative Armies myself.

Nicely painted, I love that tinge of purple on the armour. I must remember to steal it when I get around to painting some dark elves!

Nope, no idea either, but it would go really well in any self-respecting beastman unit. Wouldn't mind having one of those myself.
