Was trooper Version 2 from Eeza Ugezod's Mother Crushers ever released? If so, was it a limited run? The ones I've acquired so far, have the sword suspended vertically from the back.

I´ve got about 10 Troopers, 2 of the variation you describe. I´d guess they were not limited.

You never checked their backsides?!?
With only 2 versions, I'd have expected a ratio closer to 50/50 in any selection. Maybe a then Europe and USA distribution issue. I'm expecting 2 lots from the UK, so maybe a handful of V2s, needed for variety. AFAIK, eBay US and Canada sellers only have V1.

See, Im not alone in my unawareness
Most times, when I sort stuff, I lay them on their back and as in the old catalogues theres always shown just one trooper. No hint for V2.
They should have made it a bit different on the front, that would have been much nicer. No enemy should ever see their back, and no other greenskin either
