Everyone must have a tale or two from playing whatever game floats your boat, this one was whilst playing Warhammer (some edition after 3rd).
6 of us (old school friends) used to meet up a few times a year to get pissed and play some games in a mini 'tournament'.
One of the lads had spent months building and painting his new army, a skeleton hoard constructed entirely from the new skeleton army box sets (you got infantry, chariots and cavalry I think) and he was very proud.
In the first game he is playing against one of the lads using a dwarf army. It comes to a crucial fear test so Mark, the dwarf player, pulls out his lucky dice. Its about 3 inchs square and is solid metal, he actually made this thing at school and it was banned from everyone of our mothers kitchen tables because of the weight of the thing.
Mark says 'got to make this count' and flicks this massive cube in the air with some force, it hits the table with an incredible amount of back spin and tears through the newly built plastic skeleton hoard like a goblin fanatic. When the dust has settled there are hundreds of bits of broken skeleton and a deafly silence.
Mark says 'lets call it a draw'
