Just to say as per usual, I'll have a box of spares with me which you can happily trawl through to your hearts content at the Beaumont Cross on either Thursday, Friday night. Pictures attached to provide an idea of what might be available!

I'll be looking for C series goblins pre-slottas prefered.

Are you only looking for genuine Oldhammer, or does your swapping appetite include 'new' Oldhammer? ;)

What's happening at the Beaumont Cross BTW? Is it that where the party is at, with booze and babes? Or is it simply where you're kicking off your shoes at night? I'm just checking if it's where others might be and if they serve breakfast etc.. I'll be down the road a bit.

The Beaumont Cross is my go to place to stay when visiting Newark - a family run hotel/pub with comfortable rooms, with generous homecooked meals, in the centre of town with free parking and easy walkable access to the rest of the town and thus it's convenient to arrange a gathering .

Cool. Since I'm arriving to BOYL from so outside the usual circles there in the UK, I might try to "gather" at the Beaumont Cross too. I might also bring a box of metal JIC. When it comes closer to the time, let me know of an hour when it'd be good to show up. I'm more on FB messenger than this forum though.

I have a room at the Travel Lodge across the road, there looks to be some decent restaurants nearby, any recommendations? More importantly which pub do folks like to frequent in the evenings? ;)

The Prince Rupert is the usual haunt of those that stay in Newark, but I hear tales of visits to other establishents that that have been enlighting. As for the restaurants - varies from year to year, but last stop is usually the chip shop across from the castle that sells jungle meat!

Yeah, as early doors it’s full of southern monkeys on BOYL weekends as my mates like it and it’s handy for The Deincourt Hotel.

I've decided to thin out some of my collection so I'll be selling stuff too, for those of you that don't have stuff to trade.
