The Vampire Queen of Kislev???

While looking for inspirational pictures of painted Lahmian vampires on the internet last weekend I came across a couple of references to "The Vampire Queen of Kislev" who was killed by her grandchildren when they realised that there would be no succession. Apparently
Now I've never heard of a Vampire Queen of Kislev but I am now intrigued, so does anyone know anything about her? Is it an official thing or fan fiction?
Any info or links appreciated.

There's also a very brief mention in the WFRP Kislev book, 'Realm of the Ice Queen', in the timeline:

"785–941 - The Reign of Tzarina Kattarin the Bloody ends when Tsarevich Pavel strikes the blow that ends her life, imprisoning her
corpse in a block of ice where she remains to this day"

Yea, she has several mentions in the series. If I remember correctly, she was so despotic that eventually her children usurped her.
