The Orks are building ..something

Amstrad Joystick? eww... yeah.. makes sense they would use something like that.. bunch of buttons which connect to the same thing and replace microswitchs with contacts ^_^

The only orks able to build something like that would be the painboyz and the clan with the most painboyz is the Deathskullz. In case you didn't know yet, Deathskullz are very unpleasant orks, thieving little brass studs always loitering about waiting to pinch your gear. Now, if one of those particular painboyz would promise delivery on a dreadnought, i.e. a killer robot controlled by a goblin pilot whose neural system has been spliced with the robot controls, you wouldn't suspect anythin fishy with said robot now, would you? Not even Deathskullz would try and get one over their own warboss, right?

Blud Axes iz da best ya zoggin git!!! Sneaky n giv da best krumpinz.
in RT they become a nice choice once you realise that the 'human adventurers' mobs they can hire come with a free BS5 captain with access to heavy weapons.
After painting the bikes I realized that I could build a Blud Axe mob instead of an Evil Sunz one without missing out on anything and at exactly the same PV. I'm still going to do up the mob in red - if and when I get round to it, of course

Tbh your making me wanna crack open Ere We Go and Freebooters and start theory crafting lists again. I am partial to spending hours rolling on charts, making Chaos lists with the RoC books is like my happy place. 😁

right there with you except for the rolling part. Otherwise, assembling theoretical RT armies is indeed a very agreeable pastime.
Also, I use the lists as a sort of 'guideline' for mini collecting. 'Here, it's an outcast retinue, all the cool characters and oddboys and vehicles, exactly 1000 PV and 40 minis' - now I don't just have a random collection of orks I like, now they're an organized force and even though I'll likely never play a game of RT in my life, at least I could.
