Hi folks,
I'm in the depths of a project to put together a full 4ft x 4ft Mordheim board for my group and am gonna start uploading my progress reports on here. Feedback, tips, long speech's espousing the virtues of hot glue are all welcome! If you have your own board, please share as well! A little inspiration goes a long way
Here's where I'm at currently anyways. Most of the construction of the first board is done, going back over and filling out areas before I really commit to texturing and then painting everything. I have them mounted on the wall on hooks when I'm not working on them. It's the only way I can think to store the boards!
Next big step will be slathering plaster all across the floor to simulate dirt, hopefully that will really start to pull everything together. Then comes gap filling, priming and finally painting. I have a game day sometime in the middle of November so I'm hoping I can get this part of the board primed at the least for then.
Please excuse the wispy spiderwebs of hot glue left over in places, nothing a lighter can't burn away!
