I'm coming to the end of an army project and there's a lot of banners I'll need to make for it. I was thinking of just using the old puree foil method, as outlined by Orlygg, but a thought occurred to me. What exact sort of metal foil is it? It must be supplied en masse to manufacturers and such, so a roll of it may do for a lifetime of banners and have other applications as well.
