The Colours of Chaos (updated)

Hi Mates,

Here are some pictures of classic Chaos minis I have recently painted. Most of them sculpted by the master himself (I mean Jes Goodwin of course ).

Great stuff and your figures make me think that I should be bolder with my flesh tones when painting.

I've got same problem so to say. I bought some Chaos of Ebay and they were painted in colour scheme that I would never go ( pink, yellow, lime green all on one miniature with purple blue disc? ), but they got so much sense. That's when I painted Banshee/Wight with blue bone, must admit, I was in one water doing so hehe but since I like Might and Magic games and they got tiers of enemies by colour I was bold enough.

But yes, these are really nicely painted and combinations are really nice, all make sense.

That's what's cool about painting Chaos minis. You can do whatever you want and let your creativity drive your brush. No limitations. Although I would not paint a rusty and nasty green armour on a Slaanesh champion for example (but why not after all...).
