Yeah, turned out good! As mentioned was kinda fiddly to use at first, but got the knack!

Going for a blacky/blue with gold trim and maybe some red.

well i've worked out a bug list instead. it requires me to a paint a few more figures, so we'll see if i can manage that before next weekend.

Black prime, bone white zenithal, white drybrush.
Diluted purple wash.
Light skin contrast paint (Guilliman)
Drybrush with Pale Sand.

Might add a light wash of white/pale fresh going forward as the black prime still dominates the recesses.

here's my crew.



from left to right:
head cultist with carapace armour and bolt gun
3 nibbler bugs with power claws
specialist with flak armour and flamer
ganger with flak armour and autogun
ganger with flak armour and sawn-off shotgun
ganger with flak armour, blast shield and auto-pistol
hound with carapace armour.

i don't have a dedicated vehicle for the salvage crew,, so they're borrowing the bounty hunters' catch-wagon - wheeled lorry.
i hope to find something suitable for them from culverin models on saturday.

i think i've got the templates sorted now as well (asking on discord did the trick), just need to print them and stick to some card.
