I thought this would be a fun one.
Show off your favourite mini, tell us about it's greatest (or worst!) battles or just why you like it so much.
This is mine: My Dark Eldar Lord
To be honest, this is one of the very first models I ever bought. He's been through three or four paint jobs in his days and a few gaming accidents too. He's seen more extragalactic horrors and been through more battles than I can count.
Not only did this guy almost always fail his Shadowfield save (Which is a 2+ Inv, for those who don't know!) He usually died from drugs by the end of the game.... Combat drugs that is.
He used to have a barbed guantlet, but I replaced it with a new Chaos lord lightning claw. My good friend had a pretty big Chaos army. He always took at least one squad of Slaanesh marines when he faught me and I made it a point to slay each one of them with this guy so I put the Head of an Emperor's Children marine by his feet.
A crowing moment for this guy was when he and his rag tag Retinue literally held off and pushed back about a 700pts of Orks right after they had issued their WAAAAGGHHH!!! in a 1500pts game. His terrified warriors held out the mid field the best they could before they were smashed under Ork boots, while he wrecked every Orc and Gobbo that stood in his way! Needless to say, His retinue slowly, but surely died off and got hacked to bits.... He did manage to slay the Warboss!
Before being gunned down by some Gretchin, that is...
