Working on old Aly Morrison sculpted Samurai for a future Frostgrave set up, I decided to swap a few heads and convert a few.
One got out of hand and became a baboon samurai type thing(Pictures explain more)
Not what I planned, but I like it!!

Maybe the fellow with the snout will be Cerebus the Aardvark? Looks like a fun project, in any case. Looking forward to seeing them in paint.

Some progress with painting, all need finished/varnished/based.
Managed to find an Oriental Ogre and some Samurai zombies too :)
