Would anyone object if I base my squad on bigger bases… the “sergeant” particularly is overstepping his!My recruited heavy squad members!

The captain model will be painted as a sergent…
Sigh.. they do so like to change the nature of armour.. for some marines, it's a holy relic which they keep clean and in good condition, others update to the latest armour to always keep in the current tech. To others, each dent is a badge of honour and so it's common to see mixed armours in a unit..The notion of specific marks of armour during the HH has always been a little “vague”… Remember that the original game set during the HH (Epic Space Marine) proudly had Mk.7 armour on the cover! The previous edition of HH emphasised the Mk.6 armour and latest has plastic Mk.2 armour!
Current Primaris marines sport Mk.10 armour (for some reason it skipped a mark…) and they are now proudly promoting how Primaris marines mix their armour marks… 🤨
I believe armour marks became a thing in 1990 with the release of the Jes Goodwin RTB15 set.erm.. Old-school IE non-mk7... erm... Pretty damn sure that technically (atleast back in 2ed) the current was Mk 7 (with the corvus being mk 6) but then Mk 8 came out, and I think newer editions appear to use some newer fancier armour so.. probebly mk 9 or something.. so kinda means pre-mk 7 then non-mk 7 ^_^
though as I'm not involved, I probably should shut up (why does modern day stuff say Mk6 was during the Hersey, instead of Mk 5, which was Hersey armour because it was the main one through then ¬_¬; oh well)
