RT Rulebook Eldar Cutaway Art - Who did it?

Hi all, I love this little piece of art from p144 of the Rogue Trader rulebook:

But I don't know who actually drew it - someone from the list of illustrators, or perhaps Charles Elliott or "H", attributed as doing the technical drawings.

All info welcome (and just who is this "H" guy anyway? Surely not the same chap from 'Steps')

H is Nick Coleman

From Graeme Davis :In the caricatures he's the third one down on the right. In addition to the tech drawings he did a few floorplans for WFRP products. As far as I know he hasn't been active in the games industry since leaving GW some time after 1990.

Nice one Chico - that's the Steps concern eliminated...so, who did the illustration?

The style isn't 'H' who is much cleaner. It'd could Jes - the glyphs are almost certainly his designs, but the inking doesn't look like his hand, more like one of Dave Andrews.

Dave Andrews? I wouldn't recognise his style. Doesn't look like Jes to me though
